Parent Advisory – Respectful Communication & Social Media Policy

At International Schooling, we are proud to serve students and families from more than 190 countries around the world. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for every student, parent, teacher, and staff member.

We value open communication and welcome constructive feedback from our families. If you have a concern, question, complaint, or suggestion, we strongly encourage you to contact the school directly so that we may address the matter promptly and fairly.

Our Expectations from Parents & Guardians

All parents, guardians, students, and members of the International Schooling community are expected to:

• Treat all students, teachers, staff members, and fellow parents with respect and professionalism.
• Communicate in a courteous and constructive manner at all times.
• Respect cultural, religious, racial, national, and individual differences within our diverse global community.
• Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Avoid discriminatory remarks or actions based on nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, language, or any other protected characteristic.
• Use school communication channels responsibly and respectfully.

Social Media & Public Communication

Parents and guardians have the right to express their opinions and share their experiences. However, all members of the International Schooling community are expected to do so responsibly and respectfully.

The following actions are strictly discouraged and may result in appropriate action by the school:

• Publishing false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious statements about the school, its students, teachers, staff, partners, or community members.
• Posting content intended to damage the reputation, goodwill, or brand of International Schooling.
• Sharing confidential, private, or personal information related to students, parents, teachers, or staff without proper authorization.
• Making discriminatory, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory comments regarding any individual or group.
• Encouraging others to engage in harassment, bullying, threats, or harmful online behavior.
• Recording, publishing, or distributing school meetings, classes, communications, or school-related content without prior written authorization from the school.

Concerns & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the school's services, we respectfully request that you first contact the school administration via email at Support@internationalschooling.org. Our team aims to acknowledge and respond to all concerns within 14 business hours (Monday to Friday) and will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.

International Schooling is committed to reviewing all concerns fairly, professionally, and in a timely manner.

We believe that direct communication and collaboration are the most effective ways to resolve concerns and support student success.
